Christmas and New Year Operations

As a full service provider, MD Media Consulting will continue to provide service over the Christmas period. Due to reduced staff, some services will be unavailable.Our phone and email contact points will be available 24/7 during the Christmas period- business as usual. We will still be answering phones. Find out how to contact us. If you need assistance, these contact points should be your first point of call.

Services that will be available over Christmas

Urgent web hosting technical support issues, website technical support issues (when covered by included support or a premium support plan), sales department enquiries, new orders and  self-serve account changes via ClientNet will be available 24/7. Simply call or email using the details on our contact page.

Services that may be reduced over Christmas

Response times will most likely increase for website and other technical support issues not covered by the above between Friday December 23rd, 2011 and Monday January 2nd, 2012. While we will continue to receive emails and take phone calls, we may take longer to resolve non-critical issues. Thanks for your patience.

Services that are unavailable from 23/12/11-02/01/12

All other services not mentioned above will be unavailable including on-site visits and drop-in sessions.

We will be returning to normal operations from 02/01/2012.
